Abrdn CFO Stephanie Bruce planning to step down

The chief financial officer of asset manager abrdn is reportedly planning to leave in the coming months.
According to Bloomberg, Stephanie Bruce, who has been CFO since June 2019, is stepping down and the Edinburgh-based firm is searching for a replacement.

A spokesman for abrdn confirmed the planned change to Bloomberg.

“Stephanie initiated a conversation earlier in 2022,” the spokesperson said. “We are actively recruiting a replacement for her. There will be a smooth and orderly transition.”

Bruce joined abrdn from accountancy firm PwC, where she was a partner.
