BATM Advanced Communications said annual earnings and revenue would beat expectations with momentum continuing in the new year.
The networking and medical laboratory technology group said revenue in the year to the end of December would slightly outstrip market forecasts, which were raised in August. BATM also said it started the new year with an increased backlog and the strong momentum of 2021 had persisted.

“The group is delighted to announce that it expects to report full year revenue and Ebitda [earnings] for 2021 slightly ahead of market expectations,” BATM said in a brief trading update. “The group remains on track to deliver significant growth for full year 2022 in line with market expectations.”

BATM shares rose 6.1% to 52.30p at 08:36 GMT.
