Bodycote said on Monday that chief financial officer Dominique Yates plans to retire once a successor has been appointed and an orderly handover of duties has been completed.
Yates has been on the board for more than five years, having been appointed in November 2016, and will now pursue non-executive opportunities.

Chief executive Stephen Harris said: “I would like to thank Dominique for his contribution to Bodycote. I look forward to us continuing to work together towards a seamless transition to his successor.”

Yates said: “I have enjoyed my time with Bodycote immensely and I have no doubt that the company will continue to go from strength to strength.”
