Commercial property investor CLS Holdings said on Wednesday that it sold two properties in the UK and one in France for a combined total of almost £40.0m.
CLS Holdings stated it had disposed of Great West House in Brentford and 62 London Road in Staines and one French property, 96 Rue Nationale in Lille, for a total of £39.8m – an average of 3.7% above their 31 December 2021 valuations.

The FTSE 250-listed firm said further details would be provided in its interim results on 10 August.

Chief executive Fredrik Widlund said: “These disposals are in line with CLS’ asset management strategy and secure a significant return for CLS, capturing value for our investors while providing additional financial flexibility for the group.
