Parler and Kanye West part ways, rapper banned from Twitter

by | Dec 2, 2022

The artist formerly known as Kanye West and right-wing social media platform Parler have “mutually agreed” to terminate a sale that would’ve seen Ye snap up the company.
Parler stated the decision to abandon the deal had been made back in mid-November.

“Parler will continue to pursue future opportunities for growth and the evolution of the platform for our vibrant community,” said the firm.

Ye has also again been suspended from Twitter, just one month after being reinstated by new boss Elon Musk, for “inciting violence” with a series of erratic tweets – one of which seemingly displayed an image that merged a swastika and a Jewish star.

Elsewhere, Ye praised Nazi leader Adolf Hitler and went on a tirade about sin, pornography and the devil during an interview with conspiracy theorist Alex Jones.
