Richard Lloyd takes over as FCA interim chairman

City watchdog the Financial Conduct Authority said Richard Lloyd, a former director at Which?, had taken over as its interim chairman.
The FCA said on Wednesday that Lloyd will take over from outgoing chairman Charles Randall, who stood down on Tuesday after four years.

The FCA said: “Richard will act as chair until HM Treasury appoints a permanent successor. A recruitment process is underway.”
