by | Feb 17, 2022

Fire safety and heat management technology company Zenova Group has entered a distribution agreement with Omnis Panels, it announced on Thursday, to distribute its thermal insulation and fire protection products throughout the United States construction sector.
The AIM-traded firm said the deal would provide US customers with direct access to Zenova’s thermal insulation and fire protection products.

“The agreement with Omnis represents a very important first step for Zenova into the United States, and we look forward to working with Omnis as we gain a foothold for our products in the US construction sector,” said chief executive officer Tony Crawley.

“We have been speaking with the Omnis team for some months and are incredibly impressed by their understanding of our products and their market potential, as well as Omnis’ approach in helping businesses such as Zenova bring innovative building products to the US market.”

Crawley said Omnis had a “proven track record” in developing and executing appropriate strategies for clients, supported by an “extensive network” of sales representatives across the US.

“Omnis also provides Zenova with a partner to support us in ensuring our products achieve US specific needs, are understood and appreciated by the US construction sector, and in capitalising on the significant opportunity the US construction sector offers.”

At 0859 GMT, shares in Zenova Group were flat at 16p.
