He joins at an exciting time for real estate and infrastructure, with interest rates coming down, rents growing nicely, valuations attractive, and the regulatory landscape improving in a number of areas. Whatâs more, there are significant long-term trends backing the growth of these asset classes. Jamesâs experience will deepen our resource so we can take full advantage of the opportunities ahead and build on returns for our investors.â
James Peel commented âIâm excited to be joining the securities team at Gravis. The focus on investing in the real estate and infrastructure crucial to our economic development, and necessary to meet decarbonisation targets, is very much in line with my prior experience. Iâm very much looking forward to collaborating with the team, contributing to idea generation and the ongoing management of the funds.â
