(Sharecast News) – Darktrace fell on Friday after Summit Partners sold 20.8m shares in the cyber security firm in a placing.
The shares, which were sold to “a limited number of institutional investors”, represent a stake of around 3%.
Jefferies International acted as sole global coordinator and sole bookrunner in connection with the placing.
Darktrace will not receive any proceeds from the placing.
At 0805 BST, the shares were down 3.1% at 378.87p.
