Sector movers: Cyclicals pace gains on US stimulus hopes, vaccine news

Cyclicals paced the advance on Tuesday helped by news that Democrats in the US were willing to go it alone on approving further fiscal stimulus if needed through recourse to so-called ‘budget reconciliation’.
In a further boost to risk appetite, Johnson&Johnson told investors that it was expecting the results of the late-stage trial of its Covid-19 vaccine candidate to be published early during the following week.
