US private equity firm CC Capital said on Tuesday that it does not plan to make an offer for London-listed workspace provider IWG.
CC Capital was responding to press speculation, after Sky news reported on Monday that IWG had held talks with the private equity firm in the last month over a possible £4bn takeover.
At 1015 BST, the shares were down 0.1% at 300p, having surged to as high as 325.70p earlier.
