London’s FTSE 250 was flat at 23,578.02 in afternoon trade on Friday.
Wood Group slumped after cutting its full-year revenue guidance and announcing a strategic review of its infrastructure engineering consultancy.
The company now expects full-year revenue of around $6.4bn, down from previous guidance of $6.6bn to $6.8bn.
Endeavour Mining was weaker, having gained on Thursday after saying it was “well-positioned” to beat full-year production guidance.
