Apax Global funds sell stakes in Unilabs

Funds advised by Apax Global Alpha are selling their stakes in laboratory and imaging diagnostics services company Unilabs to AP Møller Holding.
The transaction values AGA’s total look through investment in Unilabs at approximately €72.4m, the company said on Monday, representing a 13% uplift to Unilabs last unaffected valuation and increase of around €8.5m in the adjusted net asset value of Apax Global at September 30, 2021.
