Smart Metering Systems declared a third interim cash dividend for the 2021 financial year on Thursday, of 6.875p per share.
The AIM-traded firm said it would be paid on 28 April to shareholders on the register on 1 April, with an ex-dividend date of 31 March.
“No scrip alternative will be offered for this third interim dividend,” the board said in its short announcement.
At 1229 GMT, shares in Smart Metering Systems were down 0.78% at 767p.
