Electricals retailer Currys on Thursday said Ian Dyson would succeed Ian Livingston as chairman this September.
Dyson is currently chairman of online fashion retailer ASOS. He will join Currys’ board as a non-executive director on September 1 a week later.
He is a former chief executive of Punch Taverns and a former finance director UK food and clothing retailer of Marks & Spencer.
