Infrastructure company Hill & Smith said it has sold its its French galvanizing and steel lighting column operations, France Galva to a consortium comprising ZINQ France and Sofigalva.
“The disposal is unanimously recommended by the board of directors of Hill & Smith to be in the best interests of shareholders,” the company said on Thursday.
