Greencoat UK Wind said on Monday that chair Shonaid Jemmett-Page will step down at the annual meeting next year.
Jemmett-Page has been chair since 2020 and a non-executive director since 2012. She will be succeeded by Lucinda Riches.
Riches, who is also a non-executive director and senior independent director at equipment rental firm Ashtead, said: “On behalf of the board, I would like to thank Shonaid for her highly valued contribution to the company.
“I look forward to assuming my new role as chair from April next year.”
