DALLAS–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Income Opportunity Realty Investors, Inc. (NYSE American:IOR) is reporting its results of operations for the quarter ended December 31, 2023. For the three months ended December 31, 2023, we reported net income attributable to common shares of $2.5 million or $0.60 per diluted share compared to net income of $1.3 million or $0.30 per share for the same period in 2022. Our increase in net income is attributable to an increase in interest income due to an increase in interest rates in 2023.
