In response to growing demand from high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients, HCR Law has expanded its national Private Wealth team with three senior appointments.

Precious Igbokwe joins as Partner, alongside Legal Directors Olga Tabenko and Kimberly Sayward, strengthening the firm’s ability to support clients in protecting and managing their wealth and assets across the UK and internationally.

Precious, based in their London office, is known for helping high net worth individuals and families preserve, structure and transfer wealth across generations. She specialises in wills, trusts, estate planning, probate and cross-border succession. A full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), she is recognised in the Legal 500 for her private client work.

Also based in London, Olga brings extensive experience advising high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families with international connections and multi-jurisdictional assets. Her work focuses on navigating complex UK tax issues, including residence, cross-border structuring and inheritance tax planning.

Kimberly, based in their Cambridge office, further strengthens the team’s senior capability. She has significant experience advising on family investment companies, employee benefit and ownership trusts and supporting family-owned businesses with succession planning, as well as providing strategic advice on wealth structuring for future generations.

These appointments form part of the continued expansion of HCR’s Private Wealth sector. In November 2025, Alex Hunt joined the Private Client team in Cambridge as Legal Director, bringing expertise in cross-border tax and succession. Ben Brownscombe, Senior Legal Counsel, joined the Corporate team in January 2026, with a background working in family offices and advising on family investment companies.

“Precious, Olga and Kimberly are exceptional additions to our Private Wealth team. Alongside Alex, Ben and the existing team, their combined expertise strengthens our ability to support high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients dealing with increasingly complex international and domestic matters.

“Our growing national Private Wealth team brings together expertise across disciplines, so our clients receive clear, joined-up advice at every stage of managing their wealth.”

Katherine Hague, Head of Private Wealth Sector
