Floorcovering distributor Headlam confirmed on Monday that Adam Phillips had now joined its board as chief financial officer.
The London-listed company announced Phillips’ appointment on 21 November, with him taking up the post today.
“In line with the previous appointment announcement, Adam does not hold any shares in Headlam, and there is no further information required to be disclosed,” the board said in its statement.
At 1035 GMT, shares in Headlam Group were up 0.12% at 310.37p.
