Apollo Global places 22.7m Watches of Switzerland shares

Watches of Switzerland fell on Wednesday after Apollo Global Management placed as many as 22.7 million shares in the company.
According to terms seen by Bloomberg, Jewel Holdco, a company owed by the private equity firm, is the selling shareholder.

Bloomberg said Barclays and HSBC are joint global coordinators.

At 0920 GMT, the shares were down 2.1% at 645p.
