Aveva to sell three businesses to Schneider Electric for £2.6m

Aveva said on Wednesday that it has agreed to sell three businesses to Schneider Electric for £2.6m.
The industrial software company will sell its Acquis Software, Termis Software and Water Loss Management Software businesses. The deal is expected to complete in or around July 2021.
