CLS Holdings said it had secured three new leases in the German cities of Berlin and Cologne.
At the Berlin site CLS has signed two new corporate tenants, Hologic Deutschland GmbH, a US medical equipment manufacturer, on a seven-year lease and television producer Tower Productions for five years.
CLS purchased the property in Berlin-Mitte in early 2021 with around 30% occupancy. After repositioning it in the market, Flexion is approximately 80% let, the company said on Tuesday.
The third lease is for a five-year term with property manager Ecowo at Office Connect in Cologne. The multi-let property, located in the Cologne Airport Business Park over 11 floors is now 96% let.
