Diversified Energy on Friday said it had sold undeveloped US shale gas acreage in Texas for around $72.8m.
Net to Diversified, the sale includes nearly $33.7m for 22,729 net acres of predominantly undeveloped Haynesville Shale leasehold, and $3.6m for 38 gross Haynesville Shale wells on the acreage.
