Door Partners With Quilter Cheviot To Streamline Fund Due Diligence Gathering

by | Aug 3, 2023

Door, the leading global digital due diligence platform, has announced a new strategic partnership with Quilter Cheviot.

Quilter Cheviot will use Door as its primary source to gather due diligence information, joining many of its industry peers in digitising the process and allowing for a more streamlined collection and analysis of information.

Door’s platform enables asset owners to receive real time updates from asset managers, critical for managing risk. Its coverage supports the disclosure of data and information on operational governance, sustainability and diversity, equity and inclusion.

Nick Wood, Head of Investment Fund Research at Quilter Cheviot, said about the partnership: ‘Due diligence on asset managers is of utmost importance, and an exercise that needs to be thorough and efficient. Implementing Door enables us to gather critical information on the funds we are invested in or considering in a faster and more detailed way, helping us to safeguard our clients and encouraging transparency. We look forward to working closely with Door.’

Rob Sanders, Door CEO said: ‘We are delighted to support yet another great organisation in using Door to streamline its due diligence process. Building a global network of research teams and asset managers on one platform will bring numerous benefits to the industry.’

This comes as a prominent time for Door as the firm expands its product to help both distributors and manufacturers meet Consumer Duty requirements.

Quilter joins local peers such as Evelyn, Hargreaves Lansdown, 7IM, Cazenove and LGIM in harnessing Doors DDQ solution.
