(Sharecast News) – Building materials distributor and DIY retailer Grafton Group said its Chadwicks unit was buying Rooneys Homevalue for an undisclosed sum.
Rooneys primarily supports trade customers operating in the residential repair, maintenance and improvement and new build markets. Revenue was €11m (£9.4m) in the financial year to February 28, Grafton said on Thursday.
