Residential landlord Grainger said it had bought two sites for direct development build-to-rent opportunities for an undisclosed sum.
The company on Wednesday said the purchases totalled a potential 480 new homes within Grainger’s planning and legal pipeline.
One site is in Exeter with planning consent for 230 homes and the second in Sheffield “could deliver up to 250 homes” subject to amendments to current consent.
