Residential landlord Grainger has appointed Michelle Boothroyd as its chief people officer.
Boothroyd was previously people director at Nationwide, where she was responsible for delivery of the building society’s strategic people and cultural transformation agenda. Prior to that, she held senior HR roles at Santander and RBS.
Grainger said Boothroyd will support the company’s “ambitious growth plans as the UK’s leading residential landlord”.
