Hargreaves Lansdown announces free participation in SpaceX IPO

Hargreaves Lansdown (HL) confirms its participation in the SpaceX initial public offering (IPO).

HL’s two million customers can now apply for shares in one of the world’s most closely watched private companies as it lists on the NASDAQ stock exchange.

How clients can invest:

• The offer period runs from today, Thursday 4 June, to 11.59pm on Wednesday 10 June 2026.
• There will be no dealing charge and no foreign exchange charge for HL clients who participate.
• HL clients will be able to apply in a Stocks and Shares ISA, Lifetime ISA, Junior ISA, Fund and Share Account, SIPP, SIPP Drawdown and Junior SIPP accounts.
• HL’s Bristol-based Helpdesk will extend opening hours until the deadline to support clients.
