HgCapital Trust has sold Transporeon, a cloud-based transportation management software platform, to Trimble in a deal valuing the business at €1.88bn.
It values HGT’s investment in Transporeon at approximately £107.8m, representing an uplift of £15.3m over the carrying value of £92.5m in the net asset value of HGT at September 30, 2022.
The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2023, subject to customary closing conditions including regulatory approvals.
