J O Hambro Capital Management (JOHCM) is pleased to announce two additions to its Global Emerging Markets Opportunities team. The team expands from Senior Fund Managers James Syme, Paul Wimborne, and Ada Chan to include Roshni Bolton as a Fund Manager and Jack Gater as an Analyst.
Roshni Bolton rejoins the firm as a Fund Manager, bringing over twelve years of experience across equity markets and fund structures. Roshni began her career as an analyst in UK equities at J O Hambro before working at Kintbury Capital as an Investment Analyst. She holds a degree in Economics from the London School of Economics and is a CFA Charterholder.
Jack Gater joined J O Hambro in 2022 as a member of the Investment Risk team before joining the Global Emerging Markets Opportunities team. Prior to joining J O Hambro, he worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Aviva Investors. Jack holds a MA (Hons) in Accounting and Business from the University of Edinburgh and is a CFA Charterholder.
The existing team remains unchanged in terms of responsibilities, investment process, and fund management. These new appointments reflect the firm’s confidence in the opportunities presented by the emerging markets asset class and its commitment to the continued growth of the JOHCM Global Emerging Markets Opportunities strategy.
