Genuit said on Tuesday that Kevin Boyd will succeed Ron Marsh as chair with effect from 1 November.
The company, which provides sustainable water and climate management solutions for the built environment, said Boyd joined the board in September 2020, having previously been chief financial officer of Spirax-Sarco Engineering and group finance director of Oxford Instruments. He is also a non-executive director of Bodycote and Emis Group.
Marsh will remain on the board to assist with the handover and will stand down at the end of December after nine years of service.
Boyd said: “I am delighted to have been appointed Chair of Genuit and look forward to working with the board and the senior management team as we embark on the next stage of the group’s development.
