Live Company inks streaming deal for K-pop concert

(Sharecast News) – Live Company announced a collaboration with Veeps on Wednesday, to facilitate the live streaming of its Madrid KPOP LUX concert.
The AIM-traded firm said that under the agreement, it granted Veeps the exclusive rights to transmit the concert through its live streaming platform.

It said the arrangement would cover both live and pre-recorded content, and encompass all markets, with the exception of South Korea and Japan.

Viewers would have the option to pre-purchase the streaming package for $14.99, and on the day of the concert, the price would increase to $19.99 per stream.

Live Company said it would will earn a substantial revenue share of 90% of all net proceeds generated from the stream.

“We are excited to have partnered with Veeps to be able to offer a live stream of the KPOP LUX Madrid concert to K-pop fans around the world,” said chairman David Ciclitira.

“We hope that this agreement will be the first of many to come.”
