Nordea Asset Management (NAM) is pleased to announce that its active BetaPlus range has reached €100bn AuM and is broadening its solution offering with three new sustainable BetaPlus Enhanced equity building blocks covering Euroland, European Small Cap and US Small Cap markets.
NAM’s BetaPlus range is one of Europe’s largest enhanced index platforms with assets now over EUR 100bn. These systematic strategies offer investors both the diversification and cost efficiency of index investing and the potential for consistent excess returns of actively managed strategies with a limited level of active risk.
The range is available in both traditional and sustainable versions with the latter adhering to high ESG standards, including Paris-Aligned Benchmark compliance.
The BetaPlus solutions are managed by the Diversified Equity Team within NAM’s Multi Assets boutique. The team has more than two decades of experience in quantitative, multifactor investing and is now adding three new BetaPlus strategies:
- Nordea 2 – BetaPlus Enhanced Euroland Sustainable Equity Fund
- Nordea 2 – BetaPlus Enhanced European Sustainable Small Cap Equity Fund
- Nordea 2 – BetaPlus Enhanced US Sustainable Small Cap Equity Fund
The sustainable versions of BetaPlus exhibit state-of-art sustainable features while seeking to outperform traditional benchmarks. Today, more than 20 BetaPlus strategies are available to asset allocators, both in traditional and sustainable formats, ranging across various geographies and market capitalisations, including Nordea 2 – BetaPlus Enhanced US Corporate Bond Fund, NAM’s first systematic fixed income solution.
