On The Beach surged on Tuesday after founder and chief executive officer Simon Copper picked up 1.53m shares in the company.
Cooper snapped up the shares through Hawksford Trustees Jersey Limited on 19 August, at 129.54p each.
The purchase took his shareholding to just under 9.4m, or 5.64%.
At 1015 BST, the shares were up 13% at 129.40p.
