St Modwen bidder enters loan agreement

St Modwen Properties said the Blackstone-backed firm planning to take the UK residential property company private in a $1.75bn deal has entered into a loan agreement to fund the transaction.
Brighton Bidco Ltd and a co-borrower have entered into a credit facility for £1.15bn with RBC Europe Ltd, JP Morgan AG and United Overseas Bank, according to St. Modwen.
