Property investment and development business St Modwen Properties named Rachel Kentleton as its chief financial officer on Tuesday, effective from 6 August.
St Modwen said Kentleton will succeed current CFO Rob Hudson, who will step down from the board and his employment with the firm on 30 July.
Prior to joining St Modwen, she was group finance director at PayPoint.
Chief executive Sarwjit Sambhi said: “I am delighted to announce that Rachel is joining St Modwen as our new Chief Financial Officer.
“Her breadth of experience and impressive track record will provide strong commercial and financial leadership to deliver and build on our ambitions.”
As of 0925 BST, St Modwen shares were up 0.018% at 558.10p.
