Supply ME Capital adds to board after TradeFlow acquisition

Financial ‘inventory management’ technology company Supply@ME Capital confirmed the appointments of Dr Thomas James and John Collis to its board on Friday, as executive directors.
The London-listed firm said the appointments were on the back of its recent acquisition of TradeFlow Capital Management.

It said Dr James currently held 406.5 million ordinary shares in Supply@ME, with Collis holding the same number.

“Dr James and Mr Collis will continue in their current executive roles, leading the TradeFlow business,” the Supply@ME board said in its statement.

At 1407 BST, shares in Supply@ME Capital were down 13.25% at 0.36p.
