Vanguard announces the appointment of Ursula Marchioni as head of multi-asset & adviser solutions, Europe.
In this newly created role, Ursula will oversee Vanguard’s Model Portfolio Solutions (MPS) function and multi-asset teams, the Advisory Research Centre (ARC), and the Portfolio Analytics & Consulting team.
Ursula will join the European Leadership team and report to Jon Cleborne, head of Europe. She brings deep experience in multi-asset investing, portfolio solutions, and adviser engagement across Europe. Most recently, she was a managing director at BlackRock, where she led Investment and Portfolio Solutions across EMEA.

Prior to her role at BlackRock, Ursula held positions at Credit Suisse, Société Générale and KPMG. She holds a degree in Physics from the University of Trento.
