Gareth Cronin, currently the group’s chief risk officer, has been appointed interim CFO while the search for a permanent CFO takes place, the bank added.

“Neeraj has played a key role in our transformation to a specialist banking group focused on mid-cost and near-prime customers and I would like to thank him on behalf of the board, and the group. We wish him all the very best for the future,” aid chief executive Ian McLaughlin.
