Podcast #51: Powering your advice business through using the latest technology – With Fintel’s Co-CEO, Matt Timmins

by | Aug 2, 2023

The use of technology in a successful financial planning or advice business is crucial. And it’s getting more important by the day.

But it can also be frustrating for advisers who will likely be using many different software packages which don’t always talk to each other.

Fintel, parent company of SimplyBiz and Defaqto, is well known for the services it offers to support advisers. Fintel has recently announced it has made an investment into a new financial technology company, called Plannr Technologies, which provides specialist CRM capability for financial advisers. But there’s much more going on in both Fintel and the technology space more broadly.

At IFA Magazine, we know that adviser-focused technology is always of interest to our readers and podcast listeners. We’re pretty sure you’ll enjoy listening to Sue and Brandon’s conversation with this week’s IFA Talk Podcast guest, Fintel’s CO-CEO, Matt Timmins.

It’s a great conversation, shining a light into the dynamic developments happening in tech which are set to make advisers lives just that bit easier.
