Tuesday preview: IFO index, US house prices in the spotlight

(Sharecast News) – The financial market spotlight would be on Europe on Tuesday.

At 0900 BST, the IFO Institute was to release its closely followed business confidence index for July.

In parallel, the European Central Bank would publish its survey of lending by euro area banks.

Stateside, at 1400 BST Standard & Poor’s Case Shiller house price index for May was due out.

It would be followed an hour later by the Conference Board’s consumer confidence index for July.
